Our quality objectives at UPG, have been derived from the quality policy. The quality objectives are specified to improve both the quality management system as well as each of the processes.

UPG's Quality Management System seeks to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes so that the product realized out of these processes will meet or exceed customer requirements. All the processes related to the product realization, are covered by the Quality Management System which is designed to conform to ISO 9001 standards.

This Quality Management System covers all aspects including the design, development, implementation and support of application software using client/server, web and workflow technologies.
